The complaint says AEVEX hid a prearranged lock-up waiver and secondary offering that generated $207.9 million for its private equity owner.
On Monday, Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC announced a class action lawsuit against AEVEX Corp. on behalf of investors who purchased AEVEX Class A common stock between April 17, 2026, and June 4, 2026.

Eligible AEVEX investors have until October 20, 2026, to request lead plaintiff status from the Court; Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC represents them on contingency.
Peretz Bronstein, Founding Partner of Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, said, "Our practice centers on restoring investor capital and ensuring corporate accountability, which serves to uphold the essential integrity of the marketplace.
