The North Karelia District Court has ordered a mental state examination of a 31-year-old British man accused of attempted murder. The court issued an interim verdict in the case on Friday. According to the prosecutor, the man attempted to murder a woman from Joensuu, born in 2001, on January 13 in Joensuu.
