SALEM, Ohio (WKBN) - Columbiana County nonprofit organization, the Brightside Project, will start giving out food to those impacted by the government shutdown. Starting Wednesday, from 4 to 6 p.m., the Brightside Project is handing out crisis relief food bags for SNAP recipients in Columbiana and rural Mahoning County.
