Prime Minister Narendra Modi said BRICS should promote inclusive global growth, with solutions developed by the bloc made accessible to the wider Global South. He said confidence in BRICS had grown because the grouping listens to developing countries’ voices.
India's Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, noted that he had drawn this conclusion on the basis of personal experience. "I can say with confidence that the trust of the countries of the Global South in BRICS has increased because their voices are heard, their experiences are respected, and decisions are made not just for them, but also with them," he said.
