- Police charged the suspect on eight counts of forgery and impersonation, with potential penalties of up to 21 years imprisonment for each of seven charges and three years for the additional count.
- All ministries and agencies of the Federal Government must provide the Commission with relevant records and assistance, while investigators examine how the fictitious body acquired an appearance of official legitimacy.
