Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced the details of the 15,000 rental social housing project to be built by TOKİ in Istanbul. The project, which will be implemented in 12 different districts, will have a rental period of 3 years, with monthly rental prices ranging from 10,000 TL to 18,000 TL. Applications will begin on September 14th.
The application schedule, rental fees, and eligibility conditions for the social housing project to be implemented in Istanbul have been finalized. Applications for the first 1,071 completed units within the scope of the project will begin on September 14th.
