Breaking news... In the trial of 5 defendants, including Büyükçekmece Mayor Hasan Akgün, no release order was issued. The court, in line with the prosecution's request, ruled that all detainees must remain in prison and adjourned the next hearing to November 16th.
Büyükçekmece Mayor Hasan Akgün, who was removed from his duties, was held in the “corruption” case against Büyükçekmece Municipality, in which 30 defendants were tried.
In the trial of 31 defendants, five of whom are in custody, including Büyükçekmece Mayor Hasan Akgün, no release order was issued. Following the prosecution's request, the court ruled to continue all detentions, while Akgün denied the charges against him in court.
