BEAUMONT- Jefferson County Criminal District Attorney Keith Giblin announced today  that 68-year-old Terry Rose was sentenced to 40 years in prison by Judge Raquel  West of the 252nd Criminal District Court. Rose had previously pled guilty and  agreed to have Judge West decide punishment for the intentional death of Kimberly  Langwell in 1999.
