The takeover of League Two club Northampton Town has been completed with Sports Alpha Capital taking a 70-percent shareholding.

The consortium includes former AC Milan, Chelsea and Brazil striker Alexandre Pato. The deal - which sees the existing owners retain a 30-percent share - leaves the club debt free.
