In Brazil, the Procon-SP agency puts Nintendo on notice for clauses deemed "abuseful" of its user contract. The possibility for the brand to permanently block Remote Switch 2 consoles poses serious problems in the market of the occasion. The practice can thus punish users who buy second hand consoles, without having violated Nintendo's conditions in the past, they thus become collateral victims, discovering the blocking after the sale.
