A new mid-year 2025 report from LexisNexis® Risk Solutions shows that U.S. new-vehicle brand loyalty is rebounding to levels not seen since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Between January 1 and June 30, the brand loyalty rate rose to 53.3%, an increase of 1.2 percentage points from the 52.1% recorded at the end of December 2024*.
