BRAINERD — The Brainerd Public Library is on track to see an increase in its funding from the city this year. Brainerd City Council members voted 4-3 on Tuesday, Sept. 2, to set the library’s 2026 levy at $155,840, which is an increase of $3,056 — or 2% — from this year.
