Another child has died from a dangerous brain infection caused by a parasite nicknamed the brain eater. After Slovakia, the Naegleria fowleri amoeba attacked in South Carolina, USA. Health officials said that 12-year-old Jaysen Carr may have been infected while swimming in Lake Murray during the peak summer season. The case was reported by Fox News, among others.
