FERGUS FALLS — The Willmar boys hockey team pulled off a first-round upset in Section 6A Tuesday at the Fergus Falls Community Arena. The sixth-seeded Cardinals beat the third-seeded Fergus Falls 4-2. It’s the second year in a row a lower-seeded Willmar team beat a higher-seeded Fergus Falls team in the playoffs.
