OSAKIS — A postseason thriller pushed the Osakis boys basketball team to the brink of a Section 8AA championship game berth Tuesday night. In the end, the Silverstreaks came up just short. No. 2-seeded Staples-Motley outlasted No. 3 Osakis 75-69 in double overtime in the Section 8AA semifinals, ending a hard-fought postseason run for the Silverstreaks.
