Tsukimi Namiki (26), bronze medalist in the women's flyweight boxing category at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, announced on the 2nd that she will continue her career. She has been away from actual competition since the Hangzhou Asian Games in the fall of 2023, and had been putting her plans on hold. From now on, she will continue to train both in Japan and overseas, aiming for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
