BOXABL (BXBL) Signs Deal for Up to 1,580 Modular Ranch Homes
The deal could generate about $233 million as BOXABL adds stock incentives to encourage larger deposits from buyers.
On Monday, August 31, 2026, BOXABL Inc. announced a non-binding agreement with LC Vegas Acquisitions for up to 1,580 modular ranch homes with an aggregate potential value of approximately $233 million over three years.
Signed August 25, 2026, the agreement covers three-bedroom, 2.5-bath ranch units of roughly 1,400 square feet and includes Class A Common Stock incentives tied to deposit size to encourage larger orders.
Under the agreement's terms, BOXABL handles engineering, design, Nevada state approvals, and interior mechanicals, while the buyer remains responsible for site development, permitting, and exterior elements.
On August 27, 2026, BOXABL engaged licensed general contracting capability in California, enabling the firm to bid directly on its own site-development and installation projects rather than relying solely on third-party contractors.
BOXABL, which began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market as "BXBL" on July 20, 2026, has raised more than $230 million from over 50,000 investors and applies manufacturing processes adapted from the automotive industry.
