BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green Municipal Utilities is welcoming Donna Harmon back to its Board of Directors. Harmon previously served on the BGMU Board from 2012 to 2016. According to BGMU, she is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
