Boston Judge Holds ICE Agent in Contempt Over Mid-Trial Immigrant Detention

Judge Summerville dismissed the case against Martell-Lebron citing prosecutorial misconduct, stating it is now a federal court issue, and Martell-Lebron's attorney plans to appeal to a federal judge, while the Suffolk County District Attorney's office denies any misconduct and ICE states that Martell-Lebron is a Dominican national using an alias.
