Borzanova: The Commission approves GMO food against the will of citizens

The European Commission often gives the green light to GMO products even when there is no agreement among member states, and it does all this by referring to non-transparent procedures that do not reflect the will of citizens, said Biljana Borzan, the standing rapporteur for food safety.
