Borscht for Ukraine fundraiser at Dewey Hall brings community together, raises more than $25,000 for relief efforts in Ukraine

Sheffield — On Sunday, March 1, more than 120 people gathered at Dewey Hall to support Razom for Ukraine’s Winter Relief Campaign and to raise awareness of the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. The event, organized by Sheffield residents Jorge, Alicia, and Maura Szendiuch in collaboration with Dewey, brought Berkshire residents together for a bowl of hot borscht and Ukrainian farmers’ rye bread, as well as traditional eastern European desserts. “[…
