Borough crews install new playset at Girard Park

SHENANDOAH – Borough workers were out Tuesday installing a new playset at Girard Park. The new playset is one of several upgrades Shenandoah officials say are planned for the three parks in town. It replaces a playset that had been removed when the plastic slide had been damaged.
