"Nothing is yet done, apart from house demolitions": opponents of the Bordeaux-Toulouse LGV want to stop the works

It's the train they don't want. Two weeks after filing a suspension order, the opponents of the LGV line between Bordeaux and Toulouse hope to stop the major works before they begin. The Bordeaux Administrative Court is considering their application.

The environmental associations hope to obtain the suspension of the railway works south of Bordeaux, one of the bricks of the LGV project towards Toulouse. SNCF responded to the recriminations this Friday before the administrative court.

A month after the suspension of the construction site of the A69 between Toulouse and Castres, the Administrative Court of Bordeaux is studying this Friday the summons of associations against the works of the LGV Sud-Ouest. Here too, the environmental damage is advanced.
