Boone County judge issues countywide burn ban
Boone County Judge Robert Hathaway has declared a burn ban for all of Boone County due to dry conditions and increased wildfire risk. In a statement, Hathaway said the decision was made after consulting with the county fire coordinator, the Office of Emergency Management, and the Arkansas Forestry Commission.
