- The court observed that such descriptions impinge upon Shetty's "right to live peacefully and in dignity." Since respondents failed to appear, ad-interim relief continues until the next hearing on August 21, 2026.
- Historically, the bungalow proved fortunate for previous residents Rajendra Kumar and Rajesh Khanna, who both achieved immense success while living there. The court noted claims of being "cursed" or "unlucky" were creating sensationalism at the owner's expense.
