BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota State Patrol officials say no bomb was found at the state capitol after a threat was called in Sunday. The Patrol says the threat was called into Bismarck Central Dispatch at just before 10 o’clock Sunday night saying a bomb had been placed in the capitol building.
