Bollards for ‘visitor safety’

FREMANTLE council has refused to back down over bollards on Arthur Head/Manjaree that artists in the area say has unfairly blocked their access to their studios and galleries.   Last week, the Chook spoke to photographer Glen Cowan, who runs a gallery in one of the Pilot’s Cottages along Captains Lane near the Round House.  Mr Cowan claimed there was “no consultation” from the City, and says the bollards have impacted the way his business operat…
