Bolivia's sabotage of international credit can cause "an attack on the elections"

The Legislative Assembly, dominated by supporters of Evo Morales and opponents, broke its commitment and decided not to approve an international credit to deal with the climate emergency, as well as to guarantee the general elections in Bolivia scheduled for August.
