- On Nov. 26, 2025 Boeing will produce 96 AH-64E Apaches for the Polish Armed Forces under a U.S. Army Foreign Military Sales contract valued at nearly $4.7 billion, with deliveries expected to begin in 2028.
- Through an offset agreement announced last year, Polish industry will perform maintenance and support while the Polish Ministry of National Defence trains pilots and maintainers and leases eight aircraft from the U.S. Army.
- Boeing noted the global Apache fleet exceeds 1,300 aircraft, and Christina Upah, vice president of Boeing's Attack Helicopter Programs, said `This important agreement allows us to begin building one of the largest and most formidable Apache fleets that the world has ever seen`.
- The order is the largest Apache purchase outside the United States in program history, with AH-64E production work expected to finish by 2032.
- Boeing has in recent months delivered Apaches to the Australian Army, the Indian Army and the Royal Moroccan Air Force, and the AH-64E is the latest configuration after 50 years.
