Boeing and the union representing more than 16,000 of the company's engineers, technicians and other professionals will resume negotiations on a new collective agreement on March 8.
Boeing and the SPEEA union resume their collective bargaining on 8 September. Engineers and technical workers in Washington and other states had clearly rejected a four-year offer from the aircraft manufacturer at the end of August.
Technicians and engineers could go on strike from October 6.
