Body found in Brampton treated as suspicious death

Peel Police say a body discovered along a Brampton creek yesterday (May 22) is being treated as a suspicious death. The body was discovered just before 6 p.m. at Etobicoke Creek near Loafer’s Lake and Sandalwood Parkway East. An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death, but at this time, police are still actively investigating. It’s not known how long the body was in the creek.
