Body in Kanawha River identified as missing man
CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) - Charleston Police have identified 48-year-old Joshua C. Hutton as the man found deceased in the Kanawha River. According to CPD, Hutton's body was found in a culvert at the 1200 block of MacCorkle afternoon Tuesday afternoon. Hutton had been reported missing on June 16 and had been last seen June 14 in the Capitol Street area of Charleston. No foul play is suspected. Charleston Police are investigating.
