The Elbe causeway between the Czech Republic and Germany has been closed again since Tuesday, due to detected movements of the rest of the Carolabrücke bridge in Dresden, which collapsed into the river there last September. According to German experts, freezing temperatures, which dropped as low as minus eleven degrees Celsius on weeknights, may be responsible for the bridge's further movements.
