- Scottish electronic duo Boards of Canada announced their first full-length project in 13 years, titled 'Inferno', arriving May 29 via Warp Records as their fifth studio release.
- Comprising Michael Sandison and Marcus Eoin, the Edinburgh-based duo emerged from the electronic underground in the 1990s and offered only sporadic activity—remixes, reissues, and an NTS DJ mix—since 2013's 'Tomorrow's Harvest'.
