Blount County man charged with poisoning four cats
CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. — A man from Blount County has been charged with four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals after officials said he poisoned four cats near Hanceville. 62-year-old Travis Wade Black is accused of poisoning cats on his property, according to Cullman County Animal Control Director Rodney Banister.
