On Monday, 06/02/25, at approximately 9:49 AM, a Trooper assigned to Troop C- Tolland was conducting motor vehicle enforcement on I-84 westbound near exit 71 in the town of Willington. It was at this time that the Trooper observed a Honda sedan which appeared to be traveling well above the posted speed limit.
