DUNLAP, Tenn. — The Dunlap Police Department is expressing their appreciation to the Rhea County Sheriff’s Department and Jesse the bloodhound for their assistance in helping to locate 78-year-old Norman Hobbs, who was missing. They say in less than 30 minutes of entering a large wooded area, they found Mr. Hobbs who was lost and incapacitated. Hobbs was transported to Erlanger for hypothermia and dehydration.
