Bloodhound Commended for Locating Missing Man

DUNLAP, Tenn. — The Dunlap Police Department is expressing their appreciation to the Rhea County Sheriff’s Department and Jesse the bloodhound for their assistance in helping to locate 78-year-old Norman Hobbs, who was missing.
