The Dutch tech company Bird, owned by Quote 500 billionaire Robert Vis, has borrowed $450 million from, among others, the American investment bank JP Morgan Chase with the aim of paying out a dividend. Vis: 'I was looking for a nice way to give something back to our shareholders and, by extension, (former) employees. We have succeeded with this!'
