Bills' first big event at new Highmark Stadium: red and blue scrimmage on Aug. 8

Pete Guelli, COO of the Buffalo Bills, told The Buffalo News at the NFL league meeting that the team is planning to hold its annual red and blue scrimmage under the lights of the 60,000-seat stadium that, as of last week, is about 93% complete.
