Bill would change Michigan fishing license structure, fees, and distribution of money raised

Capt. Mark Williams, of Silver Addiction Charters, Ludington, pitched pending legislation that would update Michigan fishing licenses and, importantly, mandate that more of revenues received from fishing license purchases go directly to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources fisheries programs.
