Bill 21: Opposition between the supremacy of God and the secularity of the State

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is enshrined in the Canadian Constitution, which is the supreme law in Canada. It prevails over any other Canadian law and sets out the fundamental rights and freedoms that are protected, namely, civil and political rights, economic, cultural and social rights, and rights of solidarity.
