Bilbao Encourages to Give the "if I Want" to Pets for Adoption

The Health and Consumer Area of the City of Bilbao launches a campaign, under the title “Yes, I want”, to strengthen the respect and good treatment of pets, promote adoption and combat their abandonment. It does so by emphasizing the obligations and responsibilities involved in having a pet, before the arrival of the new municipal ordinance regulating the protection, well-being and responsible possession of pets.
