- According to the FIR, the group arrived around 8:30 p.m. Thursday and assaulted Gaikwad with a wooden stick, belt, and metal pot while vandalizing his home and threatening to kill him.
- Dr. Gaikwad is receiving treatment at Sassoon General Hospital while investigators have obtained CCTV footage and booked the accused under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita provisions for extortion and attempt to murder.
- Shinde, known as 'Sarkar' to her one million social media followers, was ejected from Bigg Boss Marathi Season 6 earlier this year following allegations she threatened fellow contestants.
