While President Donald Trump will opt to stay away from New York, former President Joe Biden has confirmed his attendance at the 25th anniversary commemoration of 9/11 at Ground Zero. Last week, it was announced that, for the second year in a row, the 80-year-old Republican would again avoid the city.
