In response to an increasing number of reports regarding touting and price gouging, the Kumamoto Prefectural Police and Kumamoto City conducted a patrol in the Shimotori arcade area of Chuo Ward on the evening of the 17th, urging businesses to operate properly. On that day, approximately 60 people, including officers from the Kumamoto Central Police Station and city officials, were divided into 10 groups.
