Beshear awards $6 million to cut kentucky landfill waste

FRANKFORT – Gov. Andy Beshear announced on Thursday the awarding of $6 million in grants for projects aimed at reducing solid waste in landfills, encouraging recycling and improving the management of hazardous household waste.
