Berkeley Springs High School Chess team takes state title, earns way to national competition - Morgan Messenger

Berkeley Springs High School’s chess team triumphed at the 55th West Virginia State Scholastic Chess Championship in Clarksburg. Winning first place from among six teams and 31 players, the Berkeley Springs team earned their way to nationals – a first for the school’s chess program.
