René Benko: U-liability until the first trial?

On Monday, the Tyrolean real estate entrepreneur René Benko has his next time in custody. Currently, there is a strong argument that the judiciary wants to "retain" the 47-year-old until the start of a possible first criminal trial in U-Lift.

The Tyrolean investor has been in custody since the end of January 2025 because of the danger of committing a crime. On Monday he will decide whether he will remain in it.
