A 23-year-old Bend man is in custody after fleeing the scene from an altercation early Sunday. Bend Police responded to shots fired early Sunday morning. Police found a Bend man run over in the parking lot of Shilo Inn. The 32-year-old Bend man was transported to St. Charles with non-life-threatening injuries.
