Bell County responds to Winter Storm Fern

While Winter Storm Fern didn’t live up to its early forecast that was calling for over a foot of snow in Bell County, it did manage to leave some significant icing and cold temperatures that led to dangerous driving conditions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
